Album Notes
This project is a meeting of the piano compositions I have written along with the color of the soprano saxophone. All the music here has unique colors and may different styles from Latin to Jazz and beautiful Waltzes. This was a great opportunity to play both these instruments and bring back a few old standards that I grew up playing on the soprano sax from when I was 11 years old. My mom loved "And The Band Played On" and this was a perfect setting to perform it along with "School Days", "Once In A While" and "Sidewalks Of New York". all the rest are my original tunes. I hope you enjoy this project that is near and dear to my heart. (Tom Kubis Soprano sax, Piano and Production)
