ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Each of the 13 compositions is the center of its own universe; no two are alike. Instrumentals with real melodies. Arrangements that feature all the instruments, even including melodic percussion on a few. Production that leaves the sound of each instrument natural and up front. Sonically traditional rock/ metal tones offset by syrupy liquid jazz sounds and/ or crystalline cleans and acoustic guitar. From toe tapping swing grooves to two hand tapping solo guitar[almost], from explosive poly-metric prog to sublime acoustic finger picked and plectrum style, this album should not bore anyone!

well worth the wait
Knowing Tom personally, I also know his skill level, and the depth of his knowledge of music. I have waited for a full CD of his music for a long time, and this is well worth the wait. There is nothing better than adventurous listening, especially to a player who is a true master craftsmen! Playing, arranging, and production of this set of music is just stellar. One thing about Tom; a lot of musicians I know are not really music "fans", and don't listen to too much stuff outside their genre. Tom is very versed in what I would refer to as "progressive" music, and that shines through on this disc. And by that, I DO NOT mean that he is copying, or that this is full of prog clichés.......the music is exciting, fresh sounding, beautiful, violent, dizzying, and mellow.............all in the same package........By this and support your local independent musician.....they make all of our lives better!!!
