From the opening moments of "Something to Hide", the beautiful guitar harmonics, Tommi's nearly flawless vocals, I had a feeling that this CD would dominate my CD player for weeks to come. I wasn't wrong.

The songs on "Will Work for Harmony" have a scenic quality to them. The music tells just as much of the story as the song's lyrics. Listen to "Cinnamon Apple Cider" and find yourself sitting on an "island in the sun". And wherever I am when I hear "Home at Last" I can close my eyes and be transported to a quiet front porch in the country.

Another impressive thing about this CD is that Tommi plays most of the instruments. Something he does quite well. Fans of tasteful guitar playing (think George Harrison, Jon Brion) will surely enjoy Tommi's fretwork.

I really can't say enough good things about this CD. Every song is strong. The arrangements are fantastic. The lyrics are scenic and uplifting. The musicianship is truly phenomenal. My only complaint is that I'm bummed when it's over. But then I just hit the play button again. You will too.

Great songwriting, Great instrumentation, Great production
Stop Right now!! Do yourself a favor and hit the repeat button now. One listen just isn't enough. Let it play through a few times. Gives me the feeling of walking out in the rain, smiling, and seeing the sun break through right in front of you. One of those perfect moments. Kudos Mr. Zender. Great songwriting, Great instrumentation, Great production. Wonderfully sublime backing vocals throughout. Tommi handles all the instuments with an apparent ease and grace.....(is that a hint of Keith Moon on The World Already Knows !?)..and have you noticed how Tommi sounds just like Tommi Zender!

Excellent singer-songwriter pop. Solid playing and singing, confessional lyrics, smart arrangements, thick orchestration, no stone unturned.

Nice tight musicianship here. Very clever lyrics and interesting sounds from start to finish.

If you like Progressive + Pop with a little attitude thrown in, you will like this disc.

great stuff! Tommi's talent shines here
It was a lucky coincidence that lead to me stumbling upon Tommi's music... and I thank my lucky stars that it happened! I got my copy of WWFH a few weeks ago and it has quickly become one of my favorite albums purchased this year. The variety of songs and the extent to which each is crafted with love and heaps of talent is a thing of beauty. Highlights for me: The World Already Knows, and Madeleine (love that groove!). Now if only Tommi would tour down to Texas!
