ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
A mixture of instrumental tunes and vocal songs; a mixture of Wordsworth and scripture and home-spun philosophy; a mixture of styles and moods; a mixture of instrumentation...all designed to help you reflect, to ponder, to meditate, to contemplate. It’s an exercise in Selah, a Biblical term found throughout the Psalms which means to pause and reflect.

The lyrics for the song “Community” developed from a request to my Facebook community, to give me their impressions of what community is.

“Solace” is dedicated to Herb Knoll, founder of the Widowers Support Network (http://widowerssupportnetwork.com).

The four themes of Advent (the 4 weeks prior to Christmas) permeate the fabric of this collection: Hope, Joy, Peace, and Love; because in my corner of the universe, ‘tis always The Season.

Enjoy the music, enjoy the message, enjoy the reflections.
