The Reddit mystery solved! The song was "Say Something" and the band was Too Many Joes, featuring Dina Douglass, Kristine Kunego, Nick Benich, Barry Stevenson and Brad Wilson. Featured twice on the front page of the Los Angeles Times Calendar section, Too Many Joes was a staple in the Southern California alternative folk-pop scene in the early '90s. Recently discovered to be the answer to a longstanding Reddit mystery, Too Many Joes is enjoying a renewed interest in its harmony-laden pop songs.
