Album Notes
Being the bastard children of Frank Black and Jim Henson isn't an easy thing...we have a hell of a name to live up to. Our music is like jumping on your bed with out getting in trouble and at our live shows, we even supply the beds! Give us 30 minutes and we'll give you 1000 balloons...seriously.

Toys in Trouble is: Jim Twerell, Kevin Bova, Mike Strong & Matt Guzda.

Great Band, Big World
Here is the perfect example of a great band with explosive talent that I've never heard of. The world of music is too broad today - every ass with a computer is able to post their music for the world, while true talent like Toys in Trouble is brushed to the side. Keep an eye on these guys.

The Entire Album Is Unbelievably Catchy--A True Artistic Triumph
Who'da thunk it? Down under the amelodic landscape lies a band that caters to both thrash AND tunefulness. These are songs that you can hum as you walk down the street, and hear over and over on repeat in your mind as you go about your day. Dave Appelman's drumming perfectly frames the excellent songwriting of Gym Twirl and Kevin Bova, the young John Cougar lookalike. The Toysintrouble remind me of a less funky, more melodic Chili Peppers! ''One Armed Jack'' is a no risk disc and well worth the price of admission.

All this and the kitchen sink
I got this CD cause I liked the first two tracks. I briefly heard the others, but "Being Tall" and "Thirty Foot Waste" stuck in my head. I popped the album on my i-pod, and wow! The experiance of the entire album was amazing! These guys are like a roller coaster (literally at times:see=Old Fashion Fun) Well worth the couple bucks! And if that's not enough the web-site is like a funhouse! check it out.

Take Two weeks and call me in the morning
This gets great after two weeks. I listened to these guys through the preview. Then forgot all about them. I'm driving my car huming this damn tune wodnering where I heard it from. Two weeks to become a fan! Great Job Toys in Trouble.
