Album Notes

Cincinnati’s iconic singer-songwriter is back with her new duo album “Bare Bones.” As Tracy explains, “the duo is one of my favorite live presentation formats because there is a spontaneous magical interplay that occurs between two musicians and I have always wanted to capture that magic on an album.” Tracy and her duo partner Brian Rivers went to the studio for six hours and played as they let the recorder roll. Brian explains, “Ever since I met Tracy I always felt that what was missing from her recorded catalog was an album that possessed the raw energy that has made Tracy such a popular live performer. On this album we kept the production very simple and focused on live real-time performances.” This is a must have album for anyone who has always wanted to bottle-up that “thing” that happens when Tracy and Brian play live and bring it home to savor long after the show is over.
