Allston Lane Sessions (Traveler's Dawn)
Great lyrics, really nice variety of rhythms and great arrangements. The entire album is five star for me and it is hard to pick favorites but certainly among mine are Better Off, In The Sun, Almost Famous, Something About A Girl and Riding Alligators. At $5.50 for 17 tracks this is an amazing bargain.

Traveler's Dawn
Traveler's Dawn (Dave Heibl) has recently released a second album and its great. It has already attracted world wide listeners. Dave, a marketing analyst "by day", has a deep love of music and shows a creative ability to make the ups and downs of life and love felt by his listeners. He writes lyrics that make you think and interpret. As you try to figure out what he was going through as a writer he pulls you into making thoughtful life connections. The melodies and rhythms are sometimes intricate with strong guitar, piano and percussion while other times they are simply light and catchy. The changes in sound from one track to another are unique in that you are able to listen to the entire album and not get bored or lose focus. He keeps you interested with rhythm, instrumental and vocal changes and above all lyrics that can be understood. The depth of Allston Lane Sessions would be missed if you listen to it as background music. His story telling lyrics are meant to be heard and enjoyed. The album is well worth the investment of time and the small cost. It's definitely worth multiple listens.... pass it on. Peace, Love and Good Music :-)
