ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Three friends, all living near a different river, (The
Blanco, Cypress Creek and The San Marcos) playing music together for over 25
yrs, including live performance and several studio projects at Top Hat
Recording, in Austin, TX, decided to go into the studio and simultaneously had the opportunity to work with Grammy award-winning Songwriter, and Austin Royalty guitar player, Cam King in an intimate studio setting.
They went in and laid down eight of the newest tunes at the moment, live,
warts and all - to try and capture live sound magic. It worked. It is what
it is, no overdubs; just creative flow with longtime buddies who love each
other like family, having FUN, the PRIME directive . . . When asked about
the project, the consensus answer from the band is, "Almost all projects we
listen to -- our own or others, is studio production. It is rare for the
artist to sound exactly like their recordings. Trio Rio Live Sound Demo is
addressing this issue, full-on.

Quotes from others about Trio Rio:
"I've listened a couple of times to the Trio Rio demo. I have to say I think
the live ensemble feel, the vocal and instrumental performances, the
recording quality, everything really, is excellent. So great job, guys!" -
Willis Alan Ramsey

"The lyrics are thought provoking, inspiring, comforting, encouraging and so
much more." - Christy Rehbein

³You guys are world class talent and harmony geniuses.² - Cam King
