REVIEWS of TROMBONE 8 -“Hairpins and Triggers”:
“Ben Medler’s new project 'T 8' is superb! Ben combines jazz standards and original compositions resulting in wonderful music - all of it played at a very high level. This recording, should be required material for all trombonists - and fans of our noble instrument. My complements ben!” ~ Jiggs Whigham

“Ben Medler is indeed a multi-talented musician. Among those talents are his superb trombone playing, arranging, composing, as well as teaching. Ample evidence can be found in Ben's latest CD "Hairpins and Triggers" where he conducts his eight jazz trombones with rhythm through many of his impressive arrangements and fun compositions. A tightly knit group for all to enjoy.” ~ Phil Wilson
