Album Notes
SOCAN award winner and Folk/Americana artist, Troy Kokol has completed his 2nd studio album, “Lonely Ghost”. His lead single, “Jim Cuddy” will kick it all off along with an animated video featuring the Blue Rodeo frontman. The video, written by Kokol and directed along side former “Scooby Doo” animator Reggie Entienza, weaves a wildly fictional and humorous tale of the Canadian music icon’s raw star power!

As a music producer, Kokol had his hand in every part of the recording process, from arranging and engineering to mixing and mastering at his home studio in Calgary, AB.

In addition to writing and producing his own music, Kokol has had 200+ cuts in a variety of genres and has written with/produced some notable artists including Warner Music's Brett Kissel, Tenille Townes, Leaving Thomas, Beamer Wigley, Ryan Laird and Shane Yellowbird whose single "Pickup Truck" was recently listed #6 all time on Canadian country radio by Billboard.
