ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Tyrannis experiment continues with Over Easy, the second Tyrannis album, which was written, performed, recorded, mixed, and produced entirely by one person.

Over Easy expands on the guitar and keyboard-synthesized instrumentation of All Good Things by adding electric bass, and an electronic drum kit and wind controller, leading to a much more nuanced and hard-driving sound than before.

As on the previous album, Tyrannis includes a variety of musical styles from rockabilly to metal, punctuated with vocal styles ranging from layered harmonies to distorted screams, and lyrics alternating between the silly and the serious.
