Highly enjoyable!
I've heard one track before somewhere and was keen to see what else they have in store - it's a lot, more than I had hoped for. Strong, energetic songs with a punch, excellent vocals, reminding me of a young Lindsey Buckingham, excellent musical and sonic quality throughout. My favorite is the first track - this one scores high on any hit potential meter, but other gems like California or the live performance showcase a maturity that makes me look forward to the next thing they put on the market.
I can't remember when I last enjoyed a whole album as much as this one. No fillers, it sits in the CD changer in my car and and gets spin after spin.

A great package of top songwriting and performance talent.
This has got to be one of my favourite albums for 2007 so far. Great tunes, intelligent lyrics and fluid guitar lines make it a great listen, especially in the car.

Every track is a gem, great songs, musicianship, singing
I heard one track from a great collaboration CD (Exile Collection)and knew I had to check this group out. It's nice to hear good material, performed well, then mixed and mastered with care. You will be impressed with this one - it should be in your collection.

Good songs well-performed
This baby starts strong and then gets better. "So Far Away" is a shot of cognac in your morning java; "Head First" makes it a double. "California" and "1000 Years" both merit the double mixes--the different creative perspectives behind the two interpretations are very interesting. The pick of this thoroughbred litter, though, is "Chance on Sunday", a reflective change of pace that is impressive in both its lyrical and musical content--a real "think piece", as the late, lamented Lester Bangs might have said.
