ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Four musicians that blend their voices into one harmonious mix with crisp intensity, the subtlety of a twenty-pound sledge...

Good lyrics with killer guitar hooks and a tight rhythm section gives this band it's eclectic soul. Six songs you won't be able to get out of your head.

What a CD - Miss these guys
Limitless potential.
This snapshot of music is proof of that.
A great CD from a great band.
Would that the Ungrounded were here today to give us more.
As it happens bass player Paul Edelman's CD with the Jangling Sparrows can also be found at cdbaby.com. As can singer/guitarist James Rider's, where Rider covers a few compositions by fellow UnGrounded guitarist Dan DeLeon. Drummer John Shaughnessy now plays solo/acoustic, too, and will release an independent CD soon. Look for it.

absolutely brilliant in it's raw, honest content...this rocks
from start to finish, this e.p. captures a feeling of raw energy and adventure...poetic stories, fancies on age and death, the fun of an overland bank-heisting adventure......this has got to be one of the best driving records to come around in a while...why has nobody else heard this???

A lost gem of the Nineties
This CD rollicks and rocks! But after listening to these tracks, recorded in 1995 in the pop/rock/country style, I'm left shaking my head. "Where did these guys come from and what ever happened to them?" The guitars and bass amble melodically in every direction, the drums cut through with drive and precision. The songs run the gamut from bubble-gum to powerful. It's an EP packed with 3-minute masterpieces. Keepin' it simple and FUN!
