Album Notes
Their name "Unspeakable Joy" is evidence of profound wisdom found in four young women. In the summer of 2004 these four girls found their passion for bluegrass music. Don’t be fooled by their young ages, these girls display a maturity beyond their years.
Their music is truly a “New Song”, taking a combination of traditional bluegrass and gospel and adding their own unique style. From fast paced fiddle favorites to contemplative sacred numbers this album keeps you coming back for more.
"Unspeakable Joy", comes from the Bible verse 1 Peter 1:8 "Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory."
Their goal is to glorify God through their talents and share it with others.
The instruments featured are the fiddle, mandolin, penny whistle, banjo, guitar, string bass, and jaw harp.

Refreshing, Invigorating, Amazing Young Talents! This Is A Must Hear!
My wife and I encountered these young people by accident at Well's State Park on June 30 as they performed for the campers. As their bluegrass music permeated the distant reaches of the campground, it drew a sizeable, enthusiastic crowd. In a word - their performance - their music and their 'showmanship' was an absolute DELIGHT! The flavor of their music is a wonderful blend of bluegrass music and Gospel with a mountain-country flavor. Their music is most accomplished and totally REFRESHING! I found myself taping my foot and patting my knee in rhythm with their tempo. I came away from their concert with an even greater appreciation for this genre of music that I first encountered in Appalachia. These wonderful young people put together a concert that made everyone in the audience feel GREAT! WELL DONE! WHEN YOU LISTEN TO THEIR MUSIC, YOU ARE IN FOR A REAL TREAT! UNSPEAKABLE JOY -- THANK YOU! BEST WISHES FOR A VERY BRIGHT FUTURE!!
