I recommend this product to anyone interested in mindful based biofeedback. However, if you're not very fond of meditating with instruction, this isn't for you. Dr. Klich voice may not be as soothing to you, and especially if you're not familiar already with meditation. It's still a great investment regardless, and the benefits are noticeable.

This is an awesome CD for beginners of the meditation process. The meditation CD gives very specific instructions on what to do. The CD draws in focus on breathing techniques and letting go of your thoughts. Dr. Klich talks throughout the whole CD, which I found very comforting. I will say you have to get used to her voice, but with patience and determination you will definitely start to see positive results within yourself. I highly recommend this CD.

Mindful Meditation
Let me start off be saying that i LOVE this CD! I have the first mindful meditation CD by Dr. Klich but i like how this CD really focuses on the breathing techniques and imagination during the meditation. This CD takes meditations to the mental level and i think this is very essential. At the beginning of the school year with CD 1 i was becoming accustom to the track and was kinda bored but with this CD, it seemed like everyday i had a different feeling to the meditation. For existance, one of the tracks on this CD tells us to imagine different colored balls and have them all be different sizes. If i were to meditate to that specific track all week- i would never have the same color and same sized ball. This is a great CD to purchase and meditate to.

If you are a person that is truly interested in starting off the meditation process in a positive manner, I do recommend you to purchase this CD. Although if you are not really big about meditating with guided instructions, I do not recommend this for you. This track is very useful in providing useful techniques and strategies with breathing and bringing your focus back.

If you're not a very patient person, this CD is not for you. It takes a few meditations before you really get a successful one to come along. So initially, you might be frustrated with yourself for not being able to meditate. This CD really helps you learn not to be judgmental, especially about yourself and maybe not being able about to meditate successfully right away.

Seeing as how I hadn't meditated much before, this was a great introductory CD. She gives great instructions on how to focus your attention on what's important. I really enjoyed the track that guides you through the proper meditation pose. I found that very helpful since everyone's idea of meditation is sitting on the floor with their legs crossed. If you're stressed or need to focus more on tasks, try meditating to these tracks first. You really have nothing to lose, and a world of benefits to gain!
