ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"We Are Who We Are" is the second studio album by the "four person duo" Vixy & Tony. It features the lush string section of Betsy Tinney and Sunnie Larsen, the amazing voice of Michelle "Vixy" Dockrey, and the guitar stylings and production of Tony Fabris, as well as many other wonderful musicians and voices.

The music blends rock, folk, and other styles to make a strong, rich, rhythmic sound that is unique to this foursome. The lyrics are a mixture of sci-fi, mythology, fantasy, and miscellany, each one telling a story with a strong emotional center. The title track is a bold geek anthem with a powerful, positive message. This is a filk album with heart, soul, and power.
