ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
'Looperville is an imaginary city which is a melting pot of many different cultures, influencies and colours, where each element is perfectly integrated with the whole. In a similar way, this project contains all my musical and sound influencies, converging into one unique musical speech: from jazz to classical music, rock, funk, elegant pop songs and a touch of avant-garde' [Walter Beltrami]

AUDIO REVIEW
Marco Crisostomi
"The best Italian cd of the year! The future? It's already here!"

JAZZMAN
Pascal Rozat
"Authentic musical poetry!"

DOWNTOWN MUSIC GALLERY
Bruce Lee Gallanter
"Each song has a riff to remember with a great groove as well. It is those swell rock/jazz melodies that stand out throughout. This music seems to have more in common with contemporary rock music (like Radiohead or Wilco) than with most jazz although the solos are in between any established genres."

JAZZ REVIEW
Dave Wayne
"Superb!"

MESCALINA
"A masterpiece! The very best we happened to listen to in the current Year!"

CORRIERE DELLA SERA
"Brave, Irriverent and genius!"
