ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Bermudian singer, actress, writer Wanda Ray Willis releases her 13 sing cd "Here I Am". She combines her experiences, especially loves to create this versatile material that fills the listener with her addictive sensual lyrics and melodies. With something for everyone, the material consists of Jazz; Pop; R&B; dance and a little Socca. Her lyrics tell of lost love, letting go of love and of JOY and HAPPINESS! One of the pieces :Why Do The Children Have To Cry" actually makes one ponder that very question and maybe act on it. "While WE ARe Waitin" and the duet "Stuck On You Baby" features two strong male vocals who pour their souls into the songs. The cd also features two covers, "Will You Love Me Tomorrow" and Let's Stay Together", further demonstrating Wanda's unique interpretive skills. Listeners have called her a cross between Alicia Keys, Phyllis Hyman and Nancy Wilson merged into one.
