WILD BILL\'S BLUES
I was reluctant to name this CD \"WILD BILL\'S BLUES\" but back in my Woodstock days I rode a motorcycle with a pet raccoon on my shoulder and got the name \"Wild Bill\". Forty
years have gone by since then and my life has went through big changes since those days but a few months ago I stopped to see if a friend might need my help that had been pulled over by the police. The policeman let my friend go but arrested me for obstructing an officer. Later I noticed on the police report-under aliases- that the officer had written \"Wild Bill\".
My first CD was in 2004 and I have done well with it. I had lots of radio play, found my music on juke boxes, played in blues festivals and sold lots of CD\'s.
I have tried to do a variety of more acoustic blues on this new CD with 4 Robert Johnson songs. A couple of songs on my old national steel guitar including Blind Boy fuller\'s,
\"Step It Up and Go\" and a song with a harmonica in a holder around my neck, \"Make Sure My Grave is Kept Clean\". I have also included 4 of my original songs.
I have always loved these old acoustic blues and had an opportunity to visit Mississippi with one of my son\'s this spring. We spent a week in the delta visiting grave sites, blues museums and spending our evenings in the famous juke joints. Please check out our website of the trip at......
