Album Notes
The best way to describe the covers of these songs is that they are either completely right on the money and sound more or less like the originals (i.e. Jack's Broken Heart covering "Say It Ain't So"), but they are still left with some hints of originality and some qualities that only the bands covering it themselves would bring... OR the songs sound far from the originals. A good example of this is Acme Pop's cover of "Butterfly", which actually has a piano and, dare I say, is far more beautiful than the original of just acoustic guitar and vocals.
