Album Notes
After hearing The Beatles, The Velvet Underground and later being inspired by Suzanne Vega, The Pretenders and Patti Smith I fell in love with the idea of playing guitar, then keyboards, violin and bass guitar.

I have been song writing since my teenage years. Earlier bands that I have been in include, The Introverts, The Bush Doctors and Blue Fish. After taking a break from playing in bands, I decided to start recording my compositions myself and playing all the instruments.

This is my fourth CD which I am very proud of, it is different to the first three, as this CD consists totally of instrumental music for relaxation, meditation etc.. mixed with a soundscape of the sea and people having fun on the beach (from a location recording that I made last summer at Sheringham on the North Norfolk Coast).

A local reflexologist plays my CD for background relaxation music for her clients while she practices reflexology.
People from Tai Chi and Yoga groups have purchased it and use it regularly. I have also been told that it is played in the cancer treatment waiting room at a hospital to help people relax.

I am now making it available on the internet so more people have access to it.

I practice Tai Chi regularly and had trouble finding any suitable music available for Tai Chi, so did the other people in my class, this is why I decided to compose my own music for it, with chimes to indicate when to change postures for chi gung, so you can hold the posture for 1 1/2 minutes without looking at a clock but just listening for the chime on track 1.

Both of the 2 tracks on the CD are just over 25 minutes long and have the following tunes included:

William's Tune
Violet's Tune
Saxophone Chill (All tunes have the sea soundscape in the background linking them together)
Acoustic Guitar
Crazy Electric Violin Loop
Acoustic Guitar II

Track 1 has timed chimes at the start every 1 min 30 seconds.
Track 2 just has random chimes.

The 2 tracks played together are the perfect length for a Tai Chi, Yoga, Reflexology, Mediation or Relaxation session, or even to help combat insomnia.

I composed, played, recorded, mixed and mastered all of the music on the CD between 2011 and 2014.

I really hope you enjoy it. People tell me that it has helped them to relax, which is so lovely. W x
