Album Notes
Florida based artist Wendy Rich collaborated with Grammy Award winning musician and producer Kevin McKendree (Brian Setzer, Delbert McClinton, John Oates) in Nashville, TN to create this solid album of soulful material.
Wendy penned many of the tracks.... such as the title track Driver, Tides Of Change and Repossession, as well as co-writing with Kevin and ACM (Academy of Country Music) 2014 Guitar Player Of The Year Rob McNelley (Bob Seger) and Sean Corbett on the rollicking and lyric heavy "Leavin' Tullahoma".
Corbett also penned "Hurrican" and co-wrote with Rich & McKendree on the sexy "Want Me".
Wendy also enlisted songs by the great Gary Nicholson (Always A Woman & Whatever You Make It) and Danny Flowers (Reason To Try) as well as from up and coming writer Ralph Martin (Brand New Addiction, Powerful Thing, It's Up To You)...a long time friend of Rich's from Florida.
The result speaks for itself...check it out and let us know what YOU think!
