Album Notes
Abba Father is the Lord's prayer (Matthew 6) that Jesus taught His disciples, when they asked Him to teach them to pray. It is a great outline of how to structure prayer in general:

“Abba Father,” - means daddy father; it acknowleges who your attention is directed toward.
“Holy is Your name;” - enter into a time of worship.
“May Your kingdom be established all across the earth, and Your will be done here as in heaven,” - asking for His presence, His righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
“Give us this day our daily bread” - acknowleging our dependence on Him.
“And forgive our sins as we forgive the sins of others” - repentance and forgiveness are essential to living in freedom.
“Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one,” - there is an enemy of our souls who would love to take us down, but God has been victorious over him, and we can be victorious too if we follow God’s lead in faith.
“For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever.” - final acknowlegement and worship.
