Album Notes
“Jungle of Fools” is my first album and named for the title song. It is meant to inspire an awakening to the option, open to us, to launch an “American Cultural Revolution” (the name of my production company). Other songs share both my despair (as in “On and On”) and hope, as with “Red Dawn”, which I wrote and recorded the night of the Egyptian uprising June 30, 2013. It sends a message, so important to us now, as frustration, anger and violence increase. It suggests that it’s time we take things back (interpret as you wish). Such awareness is spreading around the world.

I’m a romantic scientist. That is, I love and study wonders of life on earth . . . nature and how we have emerged from the great mystery. As a naturalist and artist I wrote “Wonderlust” in celebration of nature as is spectacularly showcased in our National Parks. As a landscape painter, I was fortunate to serve as Artist-In-Residence in 7 National Parks including Yellowstone, Yosemite, Redwoods, Canyonlands and Mesa Verde, to name a few. A magnificent period of my life.

As a romantic, I fall in love passionately and then must “Carry On”.

As a free spirit I welcome music in the moment, and both “Pianorgasm” and Transdimensional (a session jam with my music friend Rob Williams) are spontaneous and robust journeys of the musical soul, which is one of the most powerful and universal portals to the Divinity that unites us.

I welcome all to come along to create the “American Cultural Revolution”, to regain the true nature of American Democracy and Spirit.

I close with this admonition, “For God’s Sake . . . . Create Peace”.
