ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Son of Shaft is a story that must be told and a movie that should be made. Willie O. was leading the charge to get this done by bringing awareness to the subject through this theme song that supports the book written by him, but an agreement could not be reached with the JOHN SHAFT character owners, therefore the story was revised from Son Of Shaft (Family Or Fami-Lie) to JEROME SPEAR (Is Revenge Really Sweet?), eBook available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple iBookstore, etc, etc.

Willie O. is a business minded professional who grew up in the old school funk era. An actor, songwriter, jingle writer, and dynamic live performer with many years of stage experience under his belt.

Through the years he has performed with many musicians around his hometown in which he felt were of superstar quality.

As a book author, Willie O. had to take time away from music to complete the story. With the story's completion, the support of you (the fans), and if it's God's will, then Willie O. should set it off, starting with this theme song that is a blend of Isaac Hayes and Cameo!
