ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
'A Long Way From Heaven…' is a 6-track mini album highlighting the work of Wily Bo Walker and the backing vocals of Kareña K. Their voices, described as barbed wire and angels, bourbon and roses, work so well together and, in these original songs, showcase timeless & 'blues-infused' music for all.

Five tracks written by Wily Bo Walker & one track by Kareña K: from the enormous ballad production, finalist and runner-up in the 2015 British Blues Awards 'Song' category, 'Long Way To Heaven', the 'ultra-cool and quirky' acapella of 'Love Will Find A Way' through the film noir swing of 'Rendezvous des Cheminots' and varying styles of blues in 'Angels in the Night' & 'Did I Forget', the album finishes with the Kareña K penned 'Light at the End of the Tunnel'.

'A Long Way from Heaven' was produced by Wily Bo Walker and is the first album in his trilogy of albums that he released in 2015.
