Album Notes
This CD was created from a vision the artist had on the harmonies of all living elements and creatures on earth.
“Wind Chatter” is about the winds sharing some of the harmonies of life.
“Rebirth Through Wisdom” has the dolphins inviting the artist into the water to gain knowledge from the ancestors (whales) and then returns to shore to share this new acquired knowledge.
“Earth Walkers” while doing pray (spoken word on this song) at night on the land, the artist also listened to all the surrounding harmonic melodies of the Earth.
Women’s Heart” as women are the “Lifegivers” they also dance to the heart of Mother Earth. We all dance all beats to make life.
“Echoes in the Wind” is the first time an Oboe and Native Flute duet with one another. This sound represents different harmonic melodies of life.
“Dreaming” is the innocence of a child’s dream which comes true later in life…”Harmony.”
“Ocean Journey” is in remembrance of the artist’s brother Robbie Burnett who was the First Mate on the Windjammer “Black Pearl” which sailed out of Newport, Rhode Island.
