Album Notes
The debut cd of this elegant singer-pianist who plays at New York's Pierre Hotel. All arrangements by Nancy, she is backed up by the wonderful Max Weinberg on drums, and Jay Leonhart on bass. The title track includes a string arrangement by Michael Leonhart, ethereal and haunting. Dan Singer of In Tune International magazine calls this cd"radiantly polished and velvety material--a cornucopia of a dozen astonishing standards..."

Nancy, I am so hoping that you follow this posting. I knew you when we were children. I was in Patty's bunk at Laurel Lake Camp. My Mom (Aunt Ray) managed the dining room, housekeeping, etc, for your Mom and Dad, Aunt Ruth and Uncle Burt! I would love to get in touch with Patty. Remember Abby and her beautiful, unusual golden hair, when she was around 4 years old. Of course, everyone knows Max. I remember his drum debut at camp. I so remember you're being 'Marianne, the librarian' in the Music Man at camp. Your talent was apparent then! Love your album. Fondest regards, Judy Harris

Melodious voice and wonderful piano arrangements
This CD features Nancy's vocal and piano arrangements and they are wonderful! Her voice is melodious and her piano accentuates the catchy melodies. Among my favorites are the tracks Nobody Else but Me and You Took Advantage of Me. Any fan of showtunes and cabaret style music will love this CD.

Lovely, civilized, delectable
This is a debut disc that should have happened a long time ago. Here in England we are incredibly ill-informed about the Manhattan cabaret scene but I have just learned a whole lot more. A lovely, civilized, delectable disc.
