Album Notes
The album "Color Me In" was recorded in 2002 Hollywood, California in a studio that was located near the Kodak Theater. It was recorded in less than a week, by pulling many all-nighters, countless trips to a nearby Starbucks, and with a passion by people who were just making their way in to the music business. It was one of the first projects produced by Loren Ellis, who was fresh out of USC music school. He is a talented guitar player who has toured with today's popular musical artists. It was mixed by Keith Armstrong who was just cutting his teeth in the business, and has worked with many of the greats since then. This CD is compiled of some of the first songs Lisa had ever written. From this CD, she has had song placements on two separate 'Felicity' episodes, a song on ABC Family's made for TV movie, "Hello Sister, Goodbye Life", Disney's "Lemonade Mouth", NBC's television series, "Life", played in movie theaters across the country on "Movie Satellite Radio", and Josten's yearly CD compilation given to graduating seniors across the country.
