Yoey aka The Fundraiser is an American rapper who grew up in between Sacramento and Stockton, California. He is known for his fast lyrical raps about hood violence, robberies, dope peddling and wild like behavior.

Late 2011 after incarceration and fighting a number of cases thru out his teenage years, including robbery, assault, and a few gun related charges he decided to put his effort into music. On july 21, 2010, Joseph was also suspected of an attempted murder charge and firing a firearm in a public place in Galt, California. He was later found innocent. Thru out the year of 2012 he dropped many mixtapes and collaboration mixtapes to gain his style such as, "Welcome To Death Valley" and "Mind Of An Entrepreneur" Late 2012 he started working on his street album "Emotions Of A Hustler" and started dropping music videos for his fans too boost his popularity.
