Biography

Youngin’ Da Don is an infectious young rapper with razor sharp lyrics and a tenacious swagger that leaves onlookers excited and amazed. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and breed in New Jersey, Youngin’ influences stems from the people that exposed him to an array of musical genres as well as the sounds in the streets. The energetic 19 year-old continues to hone his skills as an emcee and is being groomed for nothing less than stardom. In the words, of hip-hop veteran Marley Marl, “He’s definitely going to be something to be reckoned with.”

Youngin’ Da Don has blazed the internet and local radio stations with his wildly popular underground song “Superman.” He is also slated to perform as the featured act at several industry showcases in the hopes of solidifying a label and promoting his demo cd. In addition, he was featured in February 2008 issue of Artist Magazine. Youngin’ Da Don has also been featured on Rock Me TV, and in industry e-zines at This is 50.com, Newartistmagazine.com, Fuzz.com, and rapattacklives.com

Youngin’ story as an emcee began as a child when he listened to music that his parents played. But, his inspiration to become a hip-hop artist truly emerged at the age of 15, when he worked as his cousin’s hype man. The experience of being on stage and performing ignited a passion to create his own music. By 2006, Youngin’ had become confident and ready in his skills as an emcee. He began performing at several hip-hop showcases in the tri-state area and knew that his infectious sound would attract the attention of A&R’s. This is when Youngin’ show-stopping presence caught the attention of the CEO of Big Duke Entertainment, a premiere management & production company. After joining the company, Youngin’ hit the ground running and started creatively composing music that he dubs as “free-spirited with a good vibe that lyrically touches on topics that anyone can relate to.”

Presently, this young, talented artist is ready to reign! Youngin Da Don is truly dedicated to working at his craft to become a respected and revered musician of his time. With so many projects in the works and his buzz in the industry, Youngin’ future is full of promise.
