ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
New-age, futuristic, alternative and progressive hip-hop, bottled up in an edgy and fashion forward young suburban poet, influenced by the positive aspects of the urban lifestyle. Young Jawz has opened for Ice-T, Too $hort, Lil’ Flip, Crooked I, Glasses Malone, Mistah Fab, San Quinn, Andre Nickatina and many more. In 2009, he self-released his CD The Southwest on his own Prospect Records. What followed was a succession of classic albums, from Shark Bait to Substance Abuse, to Live From The Circle Block & Jawz is of Nazareth. Young Jawz is now 30 years old and although adult life has come in the way of him making music full time, he has no plans on slowing down and is still set on finishing his lifelong dream of bringing real, conscious hip hop music to the masses.
