Album Notes
This album was designed to improve the quality of your sleep by using beautiful sonic ambiences based on traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, and the accepted theories in neuroscience on the effects of sound vibrations on the brain. This music also incorporates musical therapy research and practice relating to the impact of musical modes on the brain and the sense of well-being. This merging of ancient wisdom and contemporary science is the basis for this musical composition, whose purpose is to provide not only a delightful musical experience but to enhance health, facilitate the smooth flow of bio-energy through body & mind, relieve stress, and contribute to a general sense of well- being and relaxation.

Featuring the pure, potent and natural musical vibrations produced by acoustic solo instruments, Guzheng harp played by Cynthia Hsiang, Guitar played by Adam Del Monte, Didgeridoo played by Andjru Werderitsch, Bass played by MIles Jay, Trumpet played by Andrew Carney, Sitar played by Pandit Nayan Ghosh, Bansuri by Radah Prasad, Duduk by Norik Manoukian and Oud played by Yuval Ron. The healing and listening experience is enhanced by the highly respected Kirtan singer, Jai Uttal with back up vocals by Katyanna Zoroghlian.
