ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
In typical Zed fashion, the inimitable Mr. Jones covers a lot of ground. By the end, you may have only heard thirteen songs but you’ll feel that you’ve listened to four albums. Blink and he’s a blues-rocker (minus the clichés!), blink again and he’s a Baroque-popster. And then there’s the power ballad, the two political screeds, and all that other --- whatever the hell it is!
Love/fear, acoustic/electric, youthful naiveté/worldly lust, grim reality/hope of redemption, a love-scarred heart with a hand still extended….These are the dualities. Can the details really be that boring?
Zed Jones tackles, and in turn is tackled by, the big questions of our times. The future lies ahead!
